Executive Bio

Strategic Business Partner Kirk Young, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, helps organizations select job fit and engaged people. He is a 31 year HR veteran, who served in nine different roles with Safelite AutoGlass, Unilever and Ernst & Young before founding Job Match Assessment, Inc. in 2002. Kirk applies his experience with human assessment, engagement, and job-fit metrics for more than 275 clients in diverse economic sectors.

Kirk has directed Human Resources and Development functions. He implements recruiting, performance management, succession planning, and assessment systems. He is well experienced in employee and labor union relations management. Mr. Young has an MBA from St. Louis University and a BS Psychology from Emporia State University. He is a PXT Select™ Authorized Partner, a Wiley Brand. He is also MBTI qualified, a DDI certified instructor, and speaker on generational, engagement, motivation and selection subject matters.
