Over the last two years, we have seen more people quit their jobs. Many who feared the covid virus retired early or dropped out. Others took new jobs, like teachers who changed their profession or those leaving the careers impacted by the pandemic. Some will not return without substantial, and perhaps impractical, accommodations.
